We are currently hiring for a dispatcher working varying shifts and days to support our 24/7 Traffic Control and Flagging operations. This position will operate out of our Eighty Four, PA office.

Daily Job Duties Include:

  • Must have excellent organizational skills, knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
  • Create weekly schedules for all work sites, utilizing work force to optimize site efficiency and overtime usage.
  • Assign company vehicles to appropriate work sites and crews based on need.
  • Ensuring daily job tickets are submitted for each job site.
  • Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance, relay incoming field requests to appropriate individuals within Assist Services.
  • Tracking and manipulation of data to reach efficient workforce utilization and improve overall operations.
  • Utilize vehicle logistics software, as well as company software to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Work with Fleet Management department to accomplish tasks and routine fleet maintenance.

Preferred:

  • Experience in performing scheduling, logistics, or fleet coordinating duties that supports the transportation industry.

Required:

  • Must have a valid Drivers License with clean driving record (NO DUIs or excessive points)
  • All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard 10 panel drug screen and fit for duty physical
